Translating BUFFL's new brand book into a practical go-to-market strategy.

Challenge

BUFFL approached Brandsome to help turn their new brand identity from theory to the market by clarifying their positioning and translating their new brand book into a practical go-to-market strategy. In addition, they wanted a new website that would reflect their updated brand identity, addressing both the business and community aspects.

The Approach

Our collaboration with BUFFL started with an in-depth workshop, where we worked closely with their team to map out their needs and define the most effective way to communicate their strengths and values. Together, we determined the key pages for their new website, outlining the content, and developing a conversion-focused structure.

Given BUFFL’s rapid growth, flexibility was essential. We ensured that their online presence could evolve with them. One of the key challenges was balancing their two-sided approach: the business side and their community aspect. We tackled this by merging previously separate landing pages into one cohesive experience on a single website. Thanks to the smart use of the navigation bar, we were able to keep their distinct identities – reflected in their own unique visual elements, such as their color schemes (blue for business, purple for community).

We identified and defined key business challenges by diving deep into their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). We outlined proactive cases and problem statements that aligned with BUFFL’s strengths, focusing on their most relevant solutions, like UX & UI validation and pricing strategies. This ensured that each challenge addressed real business needs and showcased BUFFL's problem-solving capabilities.

The Result

At the end of this project, we delivered a flexible, future-proof strategy that could evolve with BUFFL’s rapid development.

Through various iterations, we clarified BUFFL’s positioning, ensuring it resonated with both their business clients and community members.

The new website launched as a reflection of their updated brand, incorporating both the business branding as well as the community one, while driving engagement and conversions.

With a new market approach, BUFFL now has a clear path to growth - one that can evolve alongside them.

As a result, BUFFL is better positioned to scale while maintaining a strong connection with their audience, showcasing the strengths and values that can benefit them.
