We are looking for an ambitious intrapreneur with a passion for AI, innovation and marketing who is ready to coordinate Brandsome AI.
With Brandsome AI, we accelerate our clients' innovation and marketing using generative AI. The combination of AI, marketing and design thinking gives us the ability to build go-to-market strategies quickly and accurately.
Who are you?
Experience: Proven track record in marketing and innovation with at least 2-5 years of hands-on experience.
Generative AI Expertise: Knowledge of Generative AI and the ability to leverage it for marketing and innovation purposes. Being able to code is not a requirement.
Workshop facilitation: Experience in facilitating innovation and marketing workshops to stimulate creative thinking and gain insights.
Project management: Skilled in project management, distributing tasks and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Design thinking: Conceptual understanding of design thinking principles and their application to drive innovation.
Intrapreneur: Entrepreneurial mindset, a go-getter who is independent and willing to learn.
Bonus: Ability to translate innovation and Generative AI into practical applications to optimize, scale and improve marketing processes.
Your responsibilities
Communication with customers: Collaborate with (potential) customers to understand their needs, present innovative solutions (AI Sprints) and build lasting relationships.
Team coordination and project planning: We work in sprints and this requires tight planning. You will coordinate an interdisciplinary team so that AI sprints are executed efficiently. During sprints, you can quickly draw conclusions from information and determine next steps.
Growth Strategy :Identify opportunities, contribute to the development of growth strategies and implement initiatives to drive the success of Brandsome AI, innovation and marketing services.
